Hinge toe touches
Walk to quadraped position
Cat cow x 5
Tspine rotations x 3 each side
Core Work/movement primer
Superman raises x 10 squeeze glutes at top raise your chest as high as you can
Fire Hydrants x 8 each side
Clam Shells x 8 each side
Heel taps x 8 slow
Glute bridges x10
Left side lunge x 8
Sumo Squat x 10
Right side lunge x8
Stand and calf raises
30 sec Hold in chair position
Back to the ground for
Tricep push ups x10
Plank x 30 seconds
Bird dogs alternating x6 each side inhale at center, exhale at extension, inhale at center
Stretch series
90/90 stretch
Cobra
Childs pose
Hip flexor & hamstrings on each side
