Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas | High Protein Meal Ideas

You know how much I love a sheetpan chicken thigh recipe! This recipe is a great way to cook dinner OR double up and use it as a meal prep for lunch!
You will need:
Chicken thighs
Bell peppers
Onions
Tortillas or Rice
Sour cream
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425
Cut your onion and bell peppers into thin slices and arrange onto a sheet pan.
Season your chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, chilli powder on BOTH SIDES.
Cook on 425 for 25 minutes.
Serve over rice or in a tortilla & garnish with sour cream or guacamole.
