Unstuffed Peppers| High Protein Meal Ideas

I lived off of this recipe in my early postpartum days! This recipe is simple, high protein, and absolutely delicious!
You will need:
Ground beef
Bell peppers (frozen and pre-cut is fine!)
Onions
Jasmine Rice
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Directions:
Start cooking your rice, this step will take the longest! (I use a rice cooker for less hassle)
In a large skillet over medium heat begin cooking down your onion with a bit of oil and a pinch of salt
When onions get nice and soft, begin browning your ground beef.
Season your beef as you cook, I like to use salt, pepper, and chilli powder.
When beef is fully cooked drain the excess liquid and then add in your peppers.
Once peppers have cooked down to a softer texture you're all done!
Serve over jasmine rice and top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
